Thanks for choosing DBMMS.io. If you're seeing this page, it's because you're here for the first time (or so). That means it'll be good to cover some basic program elements before you get going.
The DBMMS SuiteMenu Interface Basics
SuiteMenu is a collaborative workplace environment for those who manage their team and report their business using a collection of Google Suite documents.
    • Everything you see on the left sidebar (menu) and the top bar is 100% customizable as part of your profile configuration.
    • Click on your account name in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to show a drop-down menu of options
    • One of those drop-downs is "Set up Menu," which is how you change the menu items on the left sidebar.
    • In the menu customization, add embed links for any Google Suite document type: Sheet, Doc, Slide, Data Studio Report, Form, Drawing, even PDFs, videos; anything that you can embed in an iframe, or in Google's case, "publish to the web."
    • Yes, this also works with Microsoft Office, because you can embed those documents as well 
    • Fully customizable: on top bar change the logo and colours, on the menu, you can change the background, and control text formatting (menu, sub-menu, hover, highlighted items) using CSS scripts.
    • The right side of the application is where your interactive embedded documents appear
    • If a menu item does not appear on the left, it's because the user login does not include the access rights to see that document (managed by the admin log in of the account).
    • Your data is locked up tight and solid. This environment offers 2X security: i) The DBMMS 128K login and user rights management and ii) when embedding Google Suite or Microsoft Office documents, you also have to grant permission to the user account OUTSIDE of the DBMMS SuiteMenu interface.
  • Create new user accounts by going to: app.dbmms.io/users/new
  • Access a list of users and manage their login's, rights and menu item access by going to: app.dbmms.io/users
  • Create and work with any number of internal team members (your own team, your executives, sales, service, shareholders etc...); manage access rights to share only those documents related to their work/relationship with you
  • Create and work with any number of external team members by assigning them to your account; share only those documents related to their work
  • By editing the user's rights, you can restrict individual access to more sensitive documents.
  • Creating a new user with ADMIN access means that user can create any number of accounts themselves. 
  • If you are a consultant using this tool and have several clients to manage, you can create their own account with yours as the "super-admin." This gives them an account to log into your toolset. They can even brand it with their own logo and colours.
  • Fair Pay Pricing! Pay only for what you need. Each new ADMIN account created is a new paid account.  The super-admin can pay the amount as part of their client service, or each admin can pay for their new account directly.
